This strategic acquisition strengthens NLI Solution’s position in the Canadian logistics market, enhancing its service capabilities and expanding its nationwide footprint.
AAA Express has built a strong reputation for reliability and efficiency, offering a diverse range of transportation solutions, including LTL (Less-Than-Truckload), TL (Truckload), Curtain side Flatbeds, Car, SUV, Van, Full sized Van, 24’ and 26’ Dock level and Tailgate/Super Tailgate Trucks, 53’ trailers, all with expedited freight services.
With this acquisition, NLI Solution will integrate AAA Express’ fleet, personnel, and expertise. AAA Express will operate as a separate sister company to NLI Solution and NLI Solutions.
