GLOBAL minosharp plus 3 ceramic water sharpener provides 3 stages for perfect blade maintenance. Stage 1: Blue coarse wheel. Stage 2: Brown medium wheel. Stage 3: super fine wheel. Sharpening tips: Stage 1 and 2 are used to help create a new sharp edge and do not need to be used together. Stage 3 is your finishing stage that will clean up the newly sharpened edge and remove any steel particles left from the coarse of medium wheel. The more coarse the wheel the more steel that will be removed from the blade during sharpening. Detailed instructions on how to use included.
